And I'm all spent
There. I have sent all the resumes out. Now, where are those job offers? Fine, I will give them another year or two to reply. They are all busy people after all. Now, seriously, from talking to a few other people in a similar position last week I have to think that the most likely scenario is complete and utter silence. Well, all companies are good enough to set up automatic "thank you" messages when you post your resume. It feels so good to open them and realize that at least they are not automatic "no thank you, do not pester me" messages. Yes, I am lowering expectations already :)

Now I can go back to working on the game and learn more stuff. At least for the moment. Plan B will be set in motion soon. That is, apply for non-game, non-exciting, just-for-the-paycheck jobs. Oh, if you happen to be from one of these not-so-exciting companies, please do not read the last two lines. In the Plan B possible universe I will have to assuage my tears by working on my Hunter game at night after the girls go to bed, whenever my wife collapses in the sofa and does not need my ear to unload a day's worth of absolutely-definitely-not-game-programming stuff. Oh, Baby: please do not read that last line.

Back to (not) work!
